Merchant data is used only to provide DTC Command.

What DTC Command processes
DTC Command may process store orders, products, inventory, product costs, advertising account identifiers, campaign names, spend, conversions and platform-attributed revenue that an authorised merchant chooses to connect or import.
Connected advertising accounts
Meta access tokens and Google Ads refresh tokens are encrypted before storage and are used only for authorised reporting requests. DTC Command does not request advertising passwords and does not change campaigns, bids, budgets, audiences, targeting or creative through these reporting connections.
How the data is used
Data is used to calculate contribution economics, refresh merchant dashboards, evaluate Profit Guard plans, create requested alerts and maintain connection health. DTC Command does not sell connected merchant or advertising data.
Retention and deletion
Merchants can disconnect a provider while retaining historical reporting, or permanently delete the provider connection and imported provider metrics from the Integrations page. Workspace deletion requests can be made through the contact method supplied during DTC Command onboarding.
Security and processors
Access is isolated by merchant workspace. Provider credentials are encrypted server-side, and infrastructure providers process data only to host, secure and operate DTC Command.
Your choices
You can revoke DTC Command in the provider’s own account settings, disconnect it inside DTC Command, or request deletion. See the data deletion instructions.
